At Miski, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the customized nature of print-on-demand apparel, we have specific policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns and Exchanges
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect sizing due to customer error (please refer to our size guide before placing an order).
- Variations in color or design placement (slight differences may occur due to the printing process).
2. Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged, has a printing error, or is defective.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or design due to an error on our part.
3. Reporting an Issue
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Contact us at hello@miski.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product clearly showing the defect, damage, or error.
We will review your claim and respond within 3 - 5 business days.
4. Refund or Replacement Process
a. If Approved:
- Replacements: We will produce and ship a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
b. If Denied:
- We will notify you if your claim does not meet the criteria for a refund or replacement.
5. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as production begins immediately.
6. Shipping Costs
- Refunds and replacements will cover the cost of the product and standard shipping if the issue is due to our error.
- If the issue is unrelated to our production or shipping process, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
7. International Orders
Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. These charges are not eligible for refunds.
